It’s been a long while since I updated, as many circumstances have changed in the last year. I changed careers and have had some exciting opportunities, as well as new challenges.
In January, I was invited to present about the Kansas City Jazz Orchestra for the Kansas City Public Library’s Signature Series. You can listen to the audio of the presentation here.
The book is available for sale at kcjo.org and cataloged at KCPL and UMKC’s Labudde Special Collections…very exciting moment for this former library employee!
You would think with the book finished and out in the world (nearly a year ago!) I would be able to get back to regular updates, but there’s no rest for the writerly. Be assured I’ve published regularly with my usual outlets, linked to at the Read Me tab, as well as other TBA projects. Happy reading!
