I reviewed the Kansas City Symphony, which performed Guilmant’s Symphony No.1 with Paul Jacobs, organ, and Mozart’s Requiem with KCSymphony Chorus for The Kansas City Star. I also reviewed tenor and Kansas native Ben Bliss on his American recital debut, performing with pianist Lachlan Glen, presented by the Harriman-Jewell Series.
